Legal
Terms of Use
In force from 20 October 2026
-
Agreement
These terms apply when you use the Runvord VPN app and the VPN service behind it. The licence for the app itself is in the EULA, and the way we handle data is in the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
-
Provider
The service is provided by K.D.E.P. INVESTMENT LTD, Cyprus (address: 17 Megalou Alexandrou, Aglantzia, Nicosia 2121, Cyprus), referred to here as “we”.
-
The service
Runvord VPN routes your iPhone’s traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a server location you choose. We may add, move or retire locations and change features. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available, fast or reachable from every network.
-
Price
The current version is free. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through the App Store; Apple will then handle payment, renewal and refunds under its own rules, and the price and terms will be shown to you before you buy.
-
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or to harm others. In particular, do not use it to attack or probe other systems, send spam, spread malware, infringe other people’s rights or share child sexual abuse material. Do not resell the service, overload our servers or try to get around its limits.
-
Local rules
Some countries restrict VPNs. It is your responsibility to use the service only where it is allowed.
-
Ending use
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access for a device that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons.
-
No guarantees
The service is provided “as is”. A VPN improves privacy on the networks you use, but it does not make you anonymous and does not protect against everything. Mandatory consumer rights you have by law are not affected.
-
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by networks or services outside our control. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or where the law does not allow a limit.
-
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force. If you keep using the service after a change, the new version applies.
-
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and disputes go to the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
