End User License Agreement
In force from 20 October 2026
This agreement is between you and K.D.E.P. INVESTMENT LTD (“we”) and covers the Runvord VPN app obtained through the App Store. Each row gives the clause on the left and its wording on the right.
- Who it binds
- The agreement is made only between you and us, not with Apple Inc. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
- Permitted use
- You receive a licence that is limited to you, cannot be passed on and is not exclusive: it lets you run the app on Apple-branded devices that are yours or under your control, within the Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service. Accounts connected to yours via Family Sharing or volume purchasing may use it too.
- What you may not do
- You may not copy, modify, rent or redistribute the app, or decompile or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows. Use of the VPN service is also subject to our Terms of Use.
- New versions
- From time to time we publish new versions that can add, alter or drop features; an older version may stop connecting once a newer one is required.
- Help and upkeep
- Keeping the app working and answering questions about it is our job alone, through the contact below. Apple owes no maintenance or support services for the app.
- Warranty
- Any product warranty that cannot be excluded by law is ours to honour. Should the app fail to meet such a warranty, you can notify Apple, which will then return any purchase price you paid for the app. Apart from that refund, and so far as the law allows, Apple carries no warranty duty of any kind for the app; every other claim, loss or cost arising from such a failure rests with us.
- Complaints and legal claims
- Claims by you or anyone else concerning the app, or your possession or use of it, are for us to handle and not for Apple. This covers, for example, product liability, an allegation that the app does not satisfy a legal or regulatory rule, and claims based on consumer protection or privacy legislation.
- Intellectual property
- Should a third party allege that the app, or your possession or use of it, violates their intellectual property rights, the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that allegation fall to us alone and not to Apple.
- Export rules
- By using the app you declare that you are not in a country under U.S. Government embargo, nor in one the U.S. Government has named as supporting terrorism, and that your name does not appear on a U.S. Government list of barred or restricted parties.
- Other agreements
- When using the app you must also comply with the terms of any third-party agreement that applies, such as your mobile data or Wi-Fi provider’s terms.
- Apple as beneficiary
- Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries benefit from this agreement as third parties. When you accept these terms, Apple obtains — and is treated as having accepted — the right to enforce them against you.
- Duration
- You may give up the licence at any time by deleting the app, and we may withdraw it. A breach of this agreement cancels it without notice, after which the app must be removed from your devices.
- Applicable law
- Cypriot law applies to this agreement. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country you live in still protect you.
